About our Club and the Fundraiser
Our Car Restoration Club is a registered Charity and has been established for over 50 Years. 

 

The club is in a very old building in Washington, Tyne & Wear, England and since this is now over 100 years old the building is in serious need of roof repairs and replacement.  

 

With a corrugated design the roof material includes asbestos and the cost of safe removal and disposal have a significant impact on the roof repair and replacement. 
 

We are therefore seeking donations in support of our ‘Roof Fundraiser’ campaign and greatly appreciate any support however small towards the necessary repairs and the ongoing charitable efforts of the club to restore classic vehicles to the former glory and give second and longer life 
to these vehicles in support of transport heritage here in the United Kingdom
